Technical problem converting quotation to invoice

I had created a quotation for a customer, which was accepted.
When I try to generate the invoice from the quotation, nothing happens. A spinning wheel appears for a moment, but when I go to the invoices, there is no new invoice, and when I reload the quotations page, the menu for that quotation reverts back to the original menu where I can generate the invoice again. I think this is a bug in the system. Can you resolve this soon? It’s quite annoying to have to recreate the invoice from the quotation every time. Thank you in advance. Bert
