I have just started as a sole proprietor in my secondary occupation (main activity: renting out gîtes to tourists, subject to VAT). I want to do my own accounting with Dexxter. However, I have a number of questions about vAT, professional expenses, etc. that I would like to ask an accountant. My questions are relatively simple and one-off in nature. Once I have the right answers on how to do things correctly, I think I can continue on my own. That is why I am searching for an accountant who I can pay by the hour (or by the day) for advice. However, this is proving more difficult to find than I had thought. Most accountants I find are either not interested in small start-ups, or they only work with fixed long-term subscription packages. Can anyone recommend someone who is willing to work on an occasional basis (and preferably is familiar with Dexxter)?
