I recently heard in a Dexxter update that they will soon add document reading. This means that your document will already be (partly) automatically filled in, which I imagine will help.
The option to start from a kind of 'copy' of a previous invoice would also be useful. Just a other date, new attachment, etc. Especially when it comes to a monthly subscription fee.
And indeed, if some data can already be extracted from a pDF...
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
