vAT rate for sale of digital courses

Question

I sell digital courses. Does that fall under ‘books’, and do I have to charge 6% vAT on them? Same question for lectures I give. I acknowledge that ‘presentations’ also fall under 6%… does anyone know more from here?

Hello,

The sale of a digital course is indeed 6%.

Can you give us some more information about the presentations you give? What exactly is your self-employed activity? Depending on the situation, it could be exempted, 6% or even 21%.

Thank you for your answer! I am a self-employed learning coach/study supervisor. I give online information sessions on learning to study and exam committees, and I also give the same information sessions live (at cities, associations, schools, etc.). Thank you in advance for your help!
