Question

Which appendix(es) relating to my secondary occupation should I add to my personal income tax return? I can find an income statement, but nowhere is my name or trade register number stated! I cannot find a balance sheet.

Do not add anything, it is not necessary. Accountants add this so that they can charge you extra for 'preparing and adding' the document.

Do not add anything. If the authorities want to know something, they will question you. Trust me! Thank you for your yes answer. I thought it was required for self-employed people to submit their balance sheet every year?
