Monthly VAT returns

Hello everyone,
I recently registered with the CBE, joined a social insurance fund and activated my vAT number. As already indicated at the start, I want to work with quarterly returns, as I suspect most of you do.
Today, I received on official communication from the FPS regarding the activation of my vAT number (since 28 May), but they refer to monthly returns here instead of quarterly returns.
I have already done some research myself and found that it is possible to request a change (I meet all the criteria for requesting quarterly returns), but the first return should already have been submitted on 20 June.

So my question is: is there a way to generate a monthly return via Dexxter if I have not yet received (positive) feedback on my request to switch to quarterly returns?
