I use the Hipsy platform to offer my services, such as meditation evenings.
For each event, I receive a final statement of ticket sales and an expense invoice from them. Does anyone have experience with how I can best process this administratively? Or do I need to enter an invoice for each participant and only submit the expense invoice with the expenses?

I think you should enter the income as daily receipts and the costs as expense invoices?
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
