Dear Sir/Madam,
I sell greeting cards, but if I give away a few greeting cards as examples to potential sales outlets or organise a giveaway, how should I register this in dexxter? Is that a sale of 0 euro, so to speak? Because my inventory must of course still be correct.

Actually, at that point, your 'sales goods' will serve a different purpose. You will not be selling them, but using them for marketing and publicity. When you do this, it is best to go to income & expenses and enter it with manual input. There you can enter negative sales goods and this value positively in marketing expenses. This way, you get it right in your accounting and it does not affect your inventory. :)
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
