Question

I am planning to start using Dexxter soon. But can I still enter invoices (incoming and outgoing) and other data now, in March 2025, since the financial year has already started on 1 January 2025? Kind regards, Patrick Van Buyten

But doesn't the law say that an outgoing invoice must be issued by the 15th of the next month at the latest? Or does that only apply from 2026? Kind regards, Patrick Van Buyten

Hi Patrick,

You are indeed required to issue outgoing invoices by the 15th of the next month at the latest. However, you can still enter purchase invoices up to two years after the invoice date. Kind regards,
