If my kitchen is located behind the house, which cost should I choose? Energy for a secondary occupation is only 20% deductible. I use the kitchen to prepare meals (cooking studio), so what should I choose in Dexter? Thank you.

The simplest solution is to install a digital smart meter. This allows you to permanently measure the consumption of the electrical circuits that serve your kitchen (including sockets, electrical appliances and lighting) separately. If you also activate your P1 port on your digital electricity meter (via www.mijnfluvius.be) and plug in a smart P1 meter, you will also know your total consumption, your feed-in (if you have solar panels or a wind turbine) and your gas consumption (the latter every 15 minutes). If you already have a digital water meter, your P1 meter will also measure your water consumption every 15 minutes. I myself work with the smart meters (P1 meter, 1-pole and 3-pole meters for your fuse box and smart separate socket meters) from HomeWizard (www.homewizard.nl). They also have a digital water meter that you can mount on an analogue water meter. All these devices use Wi-Fi in the 2.4 GHz band.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
