Hey, it's always advisable to keep all the details in case something happens. That way, you can always rest assured ;)

But it's not necessary for tax purposes, is it?I also give private swimming lessons and I keep a name and email address in dexxter to create invoices, but since these are all private persons, I don't think the tax authorities need this.
