As required by law, I have had the electrical installation in my yoga studio inspected. Can I claim these costs? Will this also have an impact if I ever stop this activity? Tax on additional costs for immovable property?
The inspection concerns the immovable property but should not take place if there is no yoga studio. The cost is therefore specifically created to comply with the legal requirements for a publicly accessible space.
