Does the amount for car insurance include vAT?

How should I enter the amount excl. VAT and incl. VAT?

Is car insurance inclusive of VAT?

There are taxes on it, but no vAT.

So what should I enter for the amount incl. VAT and the amount excl. VAT?

Enter the same number twice. Look up road tax in the learning centre, it's the same idea.
