Under the Management option, you can enter Sales Items, but I think that is only useful if you also issue invoices (which you could also do instead of using daily receipts). However, I don't think Dexxter has a report that allows you to view the profits per product. Shopify does have this feature: you can also use it for inventory and sales management, even if you don't have a webshop (yet).
