Daily receipts / daily receipt book still necessary?

Question

Is it still necessary to keep a daily receipts book if you fill them in in dexxter?

Is it possible to print out the daily receipts you fill in in dexxter to keep track of them in your physical accounts?

Or is that no longer necessary with dexxter?

As far as I acknowledge and have learned from the videos here, you no longer need to keep a paper version alongside the digital version here. And I believe you can print out your daily receipts by creating a diary of your daily receipts in 'reports'.
