Do I record the total amount of daily receipts per day?
Or do I have to make a separate line for each consultation, per day?
E.g. 4 lines of €60 for the 4 people I saw, or €240 with the explanation “consultations (plural, therefore)”… … … ? Based on “DAILY” receipts, I would think to note €240 with the note “consultations”.
If they are the same items, you can bundle them. So 240 per day seems good to me in your case, that's the convenience of using daily receipts, I think.
If they are related services, you can indeed bundle them. So, for example, similar sales prices.

I'm learning as I go along. What I'm doing now is:
e.g.
line 1: item "3 consultations from 60 minutes" --- amount €180
and
line 2: item "1 consultation from 90 minutes" --- amount €90
I think this is clear, also for checks.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
