I have been working for Herbalife and I still have to submit a quarterly report. Every month we received a cheque (based on what was sold among us), based on a commission statement. How should I enter this in the accounts?

Isn't that just a type of invoice that you can enter as a sales invoice in your income?
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
