Closing a business as a non-vAT payer (sole proprietor: self-employed in secondary occupation with VAT exemption)

I just closed my business today. I was also exempted, but I have to go through both steps anyway. I did this through Acerta (I was affiliated with them) and they are handling both matters. I paid 166 euros for this.
