If you receive an invoice from here every time, you are required to enter that invoice separately each time. However, if this is specified in a contract, you may use that contract. Is there no vAT charged? Then you can enter this amount for the whole year at once as a manual input in your income & expenses under reports. It is best to keep this contract, because you will need to present it if you are audited.
