What do the codes between [ ] in the diary mean?

The diary states codes in brackets.
I would like to use this diary to check whether I have entered everything in a good way.

Is there a list with a summary of the codes and their meanings?

In my current diary, I see the following codes, among others, stated as:

[82]
[88]
