Question

I want to file my vAT declaration via Dexxter for the first time, but I can’t seem to do it. When I try to close the quarter, I get a message saying that it has been done successfully, but the ‘start return’ button remains greyed out. Does anyone have any tips?

Could it be that you haven't closed previous quarters yet?
