Splitting costs

Question

Can you enter a cost in two lines?

For example, an Ikea invoice for €100, partly for business purposes (€89) and partly for private purposes (€11).

So €89 should be entered under small materials and €11 under current account. Is this possible?

Dear KP,

You can split this up based on your professional use percentage (percentage) or you can state in the description that certain items are not included because they are for private use, and then calculate the cost excluding and including vAT yourself.

In future, you can also question a separate invoice to the till.

Kind regards, KC
