Question

Two of us have started a general partnership… how do I deal with social security contributions? At the moment, we each pay the same amount of profit… how should this be changed?

I think Dexter is only for sole traders. I'm not familiar with the tax rules for partnerships, but it seems a bit redundant and a waste of money to both pay social security contributions on the same profit.
