Question

Is it possible/permitted to sell items from a webshop (e.g. stock sale) via Vinted, Second-hand, etc. as a sole proprietor?

There are actually two ways to go about this: it is only considered a self-employed activity if you deliberately buy items to resell them at a higher price. Selling items via Vinted is possible and permitted without a vAT number.
