Registering a second-hand car for business use?

Question

I bought a second-hand car two years ago, and I am going to use it for business purposes (light freight). How can I still register it? I don’t have an invoice or anything like that from here. Can I still have the seller sign a sales agreement?

A second-hand car is usually depreciated over 2-3 years anyway, so I think the question is whether this still makes sense. Without a sales contract, you're stuck anyway...
