Private electricity bill, so not with Peppol

Question

I have a one-person secondary occupation at home. The electricity is registered privately in my wife’s name. In the previous year, I could simply upload the invoice, enter it at 10% and that was it. Now, with Peppol, that is no longer possible. How can I solve this? And no, putting the electricity in the company’s name is not an option.

I believe that in the previous year you were not allowed to submit a private plan, as this is subject to a separate vAT rate (private person is less than professional) and is therefore actually tax fraud. It would be best to discuss with an accountant how you can rectify this.

Could you please share the accountant's answer with the group? There are probably many of us in this situation.
