Personal tax calculation

Question

When calculating my personal income tax, I already see income stated even though I haven’t received any money from my outgoing invoices yet.

Shouldn’t you take unpaid invoices into account? I see you have a special “paid” status button, so I would expect only paid invoices to be considered income.

Unfortunately, you have to pay taxes on it, regardless of whether your customer has paid or not :)

This applies to VAT (i don't know if you are subject to VAT) and also to personal income tax. If you are really unlucky, you can get into serious trouble... You issue some sales invoices, you have to pay vAT on them, you have to pay personal income tax on them... And then you just have to hope that your customer pays quickly, because it makes no difference to the tax authorities.
