Multiple accounts as a self-employed student

Question

Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to have two accounts as a self-employed person. One Belgian account for income from Belgium and one foreign account for income from abroad. Reason: I incur a loss on the conversion to euros at my Belgian bank when I receive income from abroad/in other currencies.

Can I have multiple accounts?
