Question

The customer received an invoice from me for the first time. The sender’s email address is the long email address of Dexxter, which seemed very unfamiliar to the customer, who considered the email to be unsafe. Is it possible to send an invoice on behalf of my company and using my email address?

Download the invoice and send it yourself via your own email programme. It is not possible to change the email address within Dexxter.
