How should I record my daily income from sold hamburgers?

Question

Hello, I recently started a food truck and I sell hamburgers and similar items.

My question is, how should I fill in my daily income per hamburger sold?

Or should I enter the total receipts, i.e. the total amount of hamburgers?

Best regards and thank you in advance for your answer.

You can only work with a total amount from that day, so not x amount of hamburgers for x amount.
