Fixed monthly costs such as gas, electricity, water, internet.

Question

How do you enter monthly fixed costs such as gas, electricity, water, internet? Can this be done once a year or does it have to be entered monthly? And what if I don’t have invoices for everything? I do this via direct debit…

I am aware of the different percentages that I can enter as costs.

Thank you!

You will have to enter them every month unless you opt for annual billing, of course. In that case, you simply enter the annual bill once, for the total annual amount.

But you do need some kind of document; a bank statement is not sufficient. If you want to recover vAT on an invoice, if you want to prove the expense, some kind of document with some details on it is sufficient.

Hi Jean, can you help me as a former accountant? Can I send you an email with my questions and paid for it or something? For example, I have an invoice with vAT for fixed internet that I use partly for professional purposes, which unfortunately I cannot put on my vAT number due to circumstances, because otherwise I will lose the social tariff discount of 11 EUR/month. Could you please help me with that vAT via Dexxter for a fee? Call/WhatsApp: +32486140420 ☺
