Expenses for rent for a room as a home office

Question

I would like to use a room as an office at home. How can I enter this as an expense in my accounts?

Hi,

This allows you to claim a certain percentage of your energy and internet usage for professional purposes (+/- % of office space relative to the entire home or otherwise, but this must be good to justify). However, you cannot rent from yourself as a sole proprietor. This is because there is no difference between you as a person and you as a sole proprietor. If you have a company, this company could rent an office room from you as a person. These are two different legal entities. Greetings, Adrie Thank you for the information!
