Consumption costs or reception costs?

Question

I organise women’s circles, which are self-care meetings. I work with cocoa, among other things -> the cocoa ceremony is part of the experience. I also provide small snacks, roses for the women to take home, and I cleanse the space with smudge sticks and incense. These are all things that I ‘consume’ and that I feel are a necessary part of organising ceremonies. But I see a lot of similar items stated under reception costs and i don’t know how to record this correctly. Thank you very much in advance for your help!

If you make purchases of the products for use during paid sessions, I don't think they are reception costs. Reception costs are, for example, the drinks you offer during an exploratory meeting with a potential customer. Or when you do a reception for all your customers together (New Year's drinks, for example).
