Question

Can you claim a home alarm system as an expense/investment as a secondary occupation?

If yes, what percentage, and can you deduct the vAT if it is used in your private home?

I would think that you can claim this at the same percentage as your utilities. At least 20% or more if your professional space covers more than 20% of the total living space from your home.

Kind regards,

Jan
