Question

For daily receipts, you fill in the income from tickets including VAT. But the calculation of the amount without VAT and then the VAT sometimes differs by 1 or 2 pence from the amount on which the VAT was calculated.I suspect this is due to rounding, but wouldn’t it be better to also enter the amount without vAT in the daily receipts, so that the calculation is the same as in my cash register system?

I think you can work both ways with daily receipts. So you can also enter your amount excluding VAT first and then your vAT rate, and the amount incl. VAT will be calculated automatically.

No, not for me. Have you tried it on your end?

Yes, it worked for me. Perhaps you should contact Support?
