Bank statements instead of receipts

Question

For example, can you submit bank statements for passenger car fuel if you don’t have receipts? Here, it clearly states that it is for the purchases of petrol.

I'm afraid so... It won't say what fuel type? How many litres?

The fuel type in particular seems like something an inspector would want to see, otherwise you could have filled up for anyone. Of course, you can do that with a ticket too, but then he knows for sure: how many litres, what fuel type, what date...

Anyway, my guess is that a bank statement is not sufficient. Input is definitely welcome!

Hey,

If there is no more paper for receipts, I also use bank statements.
I do mention that there was no paper available.

Kind regards
