What is the price of a subscription?
A monthly subscription to the Dexxter accounting programme costs 20 euros (excl. VAT) per month. Attention, because a monthly subscription can (for the time being) only be paid by credit card, such as VISA and Mastercard. There are no conditions attached here; you can stop a monthly subscription at any time.
An annual subscription costs 180 euros (excl. VAT), so that gives you a nice annual saving compared to the monthly subscription. If you would convert this formula to a monthly amount, you come to 15 euros (excl. VAT) per month.
An annual subscription is payable yearly before the start of your subscription, after which you can use Dexxter for 365 days.
What happens if I do not renew subscription (on time)?
Then you fall back to a module where you only have the options to renew your subscription. At this point, you can no longer see your documents directly in Dexxter. Don’t worry, everything will be saved as you initially saved it!
You can also use the blue ‘user data’ button to export all your data, including the documents themselves. We will then offer you a CSV file, in which you can find the uRL to all your saved documents.
As said, of course, your documents will remain in Dexxter afterwards. As soon as you renew your subscription, you will have direct access back to all your documents & data in Dexxter. You will see everything in Dexxter again, just as you originally entered the data. We keep your data for 7 years.
For example, you can choose to leave your data in Dexxter if you stop being an entrepreneur. If you do get a tax audit a few years later, you don’t need to worry. At that point, you can perfectly renew your subscription to our accounting programme again, for one month for example. Enough time to complete that tax audit.
Speaking of data retention, exactly the same applies when you move from the free trial period to a paying subscription. It could perfectly well be that after the 30-day free trial, you forget for a moment to renew in time.
No worries in that case, your accounts will remain exactly as you entered them in Dexxter. From the moment you sign up for a paying version, you will see all data stated as you originally entered them.
Renewing your Dexxter subscription

Two payment methods are possible, either you pay by credit card or you pay by bancontact. Please note, monthly subscriptions can only pay by credit card, annual subscriptions can pay by credit card or bancontact.
Do I receive an invoice from Dexxter for my accounts?
Of course, we will send you an automatic invoice by e-mail after payment. Be sure to check your spam folder, as we have noticed that this e-mail sometimes ends up in your automatic spam folder.
It is just as easy to find the invoice in your own Dexxter account. Just click on ‘Settings’ in the left side menu. Then click on ‘Subscription’ and you will see all our invoices.
Of course, you can deduct 100% of these invoices from your costs and, as a VAT subject entrepreneur, you can recover the VAT on them.
