Peppol invoice not found

Question

We received an email from Telenet stating that our new invoice was sent via Peppol, but we cannot find it anywhere. We checked the Peppol settings and they are all correct. What could be the reason for this?

I also received several emails that stated that invoices were sent via Peppol, but it also stated that there could be a few days' delay due to processing, etc. So just wait and see, and if it's still not okay by then, I would contact the various authorities, in your case Telenet.

I have the same 'problem'. I received an email from Telenet saying that the invoice was sent via Peppol, but it is not here. The email is dated 9/1, only three working days ago. So we will have to be patient. ;-)

Usually, an invoice sent via Peppol arrives immediately, although I have had it take about 12 hours before. But longer than 3 days??? I think we should contact Telenet because something doesn't seem right to me. :-)

Oops, it is the invoice from January 9, but I now see that I received the email yesterday afternoon at noon. So maybe we should wait after all...?

Quick update: I got an email from other supplier on January 6 saying the invoice was available. It didn't show up in Dexxter, so I contacted that supplier. Turns out they had to indicate or fill in something and that it should be okay within a few days. Because it's also quite new to them, the waiting times can be longer.

So don't hesitate to contact your suppliers to get an update.
