Car inspection receipt – No Peppol – No vAT recovery

Question

I sometimes go to the vehicle inspection for a customer.

Until now, I have been recording the receipt I receive by scanning and uploading it.

Dexxter now tells me “Not via Peppol, so no vAT to recover” …

How do I record this expense correctly?

Of course, I also take my company vehicles to the vehicle inspection and I have to record those too.

Solved:

  1. Dexxter is allowing another 3 months to update the VAT box to 100% (thank you for that).

  2. I have requested an invoicing account from the vehicle inspection center so that everything will be done via Peppol from now on.
