costs for depreciated car

Question

Hello,
I have a company car that has been depreciated since December 31, 2025. Is it possible to still claim expenses for that car in 2026, even though it has already been depreciated? (This concerns expenses for VAB roadside assistance, insurance, etc.). In any case, I have removed the car from my list of depreciations for 2026. Or would it be better to leave it on the list?

Thanks!

Bart

I believe that deductible costs are separate from the depreciation of the car. You do have to leave the car on the list, because it is used to determine the effective portion of the costs to be included.
