Question

Dear Sir/Madam,

I wanted to file my personal income tax return, but because I have closed my sole proprietorship, I cannot see my vAT profile on myminfin because I have closed it, so I cannot file my personal income tax return. Could I be fined for this or is it not a problem? My sole proprietorship was enabled for one week, without any income or expenses. Thank you.

Have you called the FPS Finance? If I were you, I would call to ask about this. 02 572 57 57

This is a strange question in itself:
1. Didn't you also incur start-up costs (Crossroads Bank, VAT application, Dexxter, etc.)?
2. Can't you just fill in your personal income tax (parts 1 and 2)?

You don't need to see your vAT profile, as this is completely separate from your role as a sole proprietor. You are still a natural person and not a legal entity. You fill in your taxes personally, never on your company number. You can enter everything perfectly on your personal profile in MyMinFin - TaxOnWeb. I don't see the problem.
