Expenses can certainly be sent to Dexxter by email.
If you go to 'Expenses', you will find: 'View Dexxter's submission methods'. There you will find some text and explanations about what is correct to submit by email to the digital mailbox, as well as your unique email address to which you can forward documents.
You really should try it out for yourself. Even if you don’t have a company number yet, you can already go ahead.
