Question

In previous year, I bought a new car from my wife’s name. I now use it for my secondary occupation. Can I also claim this via depreciations?

If you want to reclaim vAT, I'm afraid that won't be possible. If you just want to claim the costs, they are less strict.

For the costs, you just need to be able to prove that it is for professional use and that you have paid for it (if necessary via a joint bank account). That's how I used to do it with my accountant, and it was never a problem.
