I give swimming lessons and parents pay an invoice every 10 lessons. This means I have income every so often. Do I have to mark every day that I do not receive anything as closed and when the parents have paid an invoice as sold?

It's either an invoice or daily receipts, don't use both, because then you'll have double turnover :) </
Assuming that you only use daily receipts:
Just make a note in your daily receipts when you have received money on your bank account from those parents, so every 10 visits, for example, make a note in your daily receipts.For the other days, just put "nothing sold". Be sure to use the "bulk edit" function, which I think is a terrible name :p but it does the job!
I think she does indeed only use daily receipts, but perhaps she phrased it incorrectly? :)
What AM says is indeed correct, just enter it in the daily receipts when you receive money in your account.

I did this in the beginning when I first started using your programme, just exploring everything. How to do the bookkeeping and such wasn't entirely clear to me either. By working with it and eventually searching for things, you occasionally get an answer to your question. I was viewing my income details and noticed that I had entered the same amount twice, once as an invoice and once as daily receipts. I stopped entering the daily receipts, probably because I didn't understand it very good. But I still create invoices. How can I best solve this so that my bookkeeping is correct, because in principle you are not allowed to delete daily receipts.
