Sale of investment to a private person

Question

Hey

Can I just sell an investment I purchased (this year) to a private person (e.g. via 2dehands.be)?
Is that just a matter of drawing up an invoice with the residual value of the product? How does Dexter know that the investment no longer counts?

If you have entered an investment in Dexxter, you can also sell it afterwards via the actions (the three dots on the right-hand side of the depreciation screen). Then everything will be done correctly in terms of deleting the investment, etc.

Ah, great.

So I can just sell something to a private person without being a shop or having a specific licence or anything?
