Selling an investment after depreciation

SVB
2023-04-12

Question

Hello, what if I sell an investment to a Belgian company?

The investment has already been depreciated, so I assume I have to charge vAT in order to transfer the money. Should the capital then be considered as turnover? How can I best enter this?

Hello

Dexxter offers an automatic method for this. Once you have entered this investment, you can find it in the summary under 'depreciations'.

Next, in that summary, you will see three dots on the far right of that investment. This opens a menu where you can choose 'sell'. This allows you to immediately create a sales invoice and ensures that the accounting is also correct.

Kind regards,
