Write off multiple items together on one invoice

Question

Hello,

I have an incoming invoice from approximately €1,000 excl. VAT for purchases of some electric garden tools. Can I write this off as a single item? The most expensive item on the invoice is approximately €250 and the cheapest is €100. If I am not allowed to write it off as a single item, do I have to write off such small amounts per item?

If anyone knows the answer, thank you in advance!

I think you can book those items under Purchases of Small Equipment. I personally apply the rule that anything under €500 is not an investment. Next time you're in the shop, you could ask them to split your invoice; they usually don't mind doing that.

If you still want to book it as an investment, you will need to enter the invoice several times in Dexxter and then enter the investment for each item. That is also possible.
