Question

Dear

Is it sufficient to submit the final invoice?

By that I mean uploading it and then taking the total amount we would have to pay (i.e. without the advance payments), or do we really have to do this on a monthly basis and, if we overpay, issue a credit note?

The final amount is also acceptable! As long as your accounts show what they should show on an annual basis. It doesn't matter whether this is done via monthly amounts or an annual statement.

Thank you, I'll do it that way. It's less work ;-)
