Tax-free allowance for personal income tax

Question

Hello, I have a question about personal income tax. The tax-free allowance amounts to 10,160 euros. And when I look at ‘Summary’ in Personal Income Tax, I see that I have to pay 0, because I am below that 10,160. So I have not made any advance payments. But I am married. So I wonder whether this will be added to my husband’s tax return, and whether we will ultimately have to pay something, or whether I have a separate tax-free allowance and he has a separate one. Can I rest assured that it will remain at 0 for me in this year? I would not like to be faced with any unpleasant surprises and end up having to pay after all.

Does anyone know how it works exactly?
