Can I have a public charging station installed as a VAT-exempted company?

Question

I am vAT exempt. Can I have a public charging station installed and include the costs and revenues from its management and charging in my accounts?

You can take a look at 'professional expenses' in the learning environment, because would this be a professional expense or not?

You can probably write off the installation. The management of the charging station is an expense (incoming invoice).

What I would particularly like to know is how the payment for charging sessions (income) works. Is it self-billing (the charging station manager takes care of my outgoing invoice)? And what should be done about vAT if you have a vAT exemption?
